All packages in Germany are shipped with PostNL. As soon as your order is packed, we will email you the Track & Trace code. By filling in this T&T and your postal code on the PostNL.de website, and a few clicks later you’ll know exactly where your package is. You can also see if the shipment is already on its way to the final delivery address. You can follow the status of your order after 00:00 hours.

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the package will be delivered to your neighbours or at the PostNL pick-up point. Please note that PostNL no longer leaves notifications in your mailbox. Through the track and trace that we have sent via email you can see where your package is. We recommend you download the PostNL app so they can send push notifications about the status of your package. If the package is delivered to a pick-up point you have 1 week to collect the package. After approx. 7 days the package will be returned to Lil-Pin.de and processed as a return.

Production time is usually 14 working days. Delivery time is an additional week. After placing your order, our manager will contact you to clarify the details and give you a more exact delivery time. If the delivery time is unexpectedly extended, you will be notified.

The shipping of ready-made products for orders over 300€ is free of charge
